Lá na Cruite | Harp Day 2025

On Saturday 18th October we celebrate our ninth annual Lá na Cruite | Harp Day.

Join us, in person and online to celebrate our 1000-year-old Irish harping tradition, recognised on UNESCO’s List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanities. Lá na Cruite | Harp Day holds something for everyone. Share your harping day with us whether it is concerts, chatting to our harpmakers, workshops, ‘try your hand’ on harps or pop-up performances to celebrate Ireland’s national instrument.

We’ll be streaming videos of harpers from all four corners of the globe as part of our Harpers’ Call initiative across the weekend. If you would like to send us a video for Harpers’ Call, or if you are planning to organise an event for Lá na Cruite | Harp Day, please contact us at info@harpireland.ie

Bígí linn ar Lá mhór na Cruite 18 Deireadh Fomhair. Fáilte roimh Chách
